Today, JamLuma collects only the personal data necessary to operate the platform — name, email, mobile number, payment metadata, and event activity. We do not sell personal data. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link, and the version of the consent notice you accepted is recorded against your account.

Data subject rights under Jamaica’s Data Protection Act (2020) are summarised on the Data Protection Act notice. To exercise any of those rights, email privacy@jamluma.com.
