Terms of Service

This is a working stub published so the JamLuma footer and onboarding flows have a canonical Terms page to link to. The full terms of service are still being drafted with Jamaican counsel and will replace this page before paid ticketing launches in production.

In the meantime, by using JamLuma you agree that ticket purchases are final pending organizer-approved refund policies, that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup, and that JamLuma may suspend accounts engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse. Promoters listing events agree to comply with applicable Jamaican law, including the Noise Abatement Act and the Spectator and Sports Activities Act where relevant.
